Training Triggers

Developed to increase student participation and retention.

Unlike our self-contained programs, these short, conscience-raising dramatizations are used by trainers/attorneys in a group training environment. Training Triggers encourage students to participate in discussions of specific employment related issues and their resolution. Students feel and are empowered because they retain points they will need to know.

 

Handling Complaints
Complaints from the only female on the team, an African American, are all work related and focus on her team leader. He has it in for me!
 

FMLA — Retaliation  Part I
After unexpectedly extending her maternity leave, an employee returns to hear her manager tell her she is included in a layoff. This is gonna get you in big trouble!
 

FMLA — Retaliation  Part II
The manager terminates same female employee.  She repeats charges that her team leader has it in for her.  There are now racial overtones.  Get your black butt in gear!


 

Termination  Part I
Glimpsed pornography is reported and provokes an immediate termination.  He changes his computer screen real quick.
